Like last year during Sewing Indie Month, there’s a sewalong contest with fabulous prizes up for grabs. Between September 1st and October 4th you can enter to win in one of three categories: Pattern Hacking, hosted by Rhonda of Rhonda’s Creative Life; Everyday Casual, hosted by Mary of Idle Fancy; and Dressed to the Nines, hosted by Laura of Lilacs and Lace. There will be another bonus prize this year too, which will be given to one randomly chosen contest entrant. To be eligible to win your project must be made based on a pattern or tutorial from one of this year’s 21 participating designers. Click here to see participating designers and click here to see the contest rules. There are some seriously generous prize packs to be won, so much so that I’m a bit bummed that I can’t participate! Read on to learn more about the hosts and the prize packs

A huge thank you to all the generous sponsors of Sewing Indie Month! Now if you had plans to sew anything this month, better make it something you can enter into the contest, right? I have jeans and a button down on my list, so that would be everyday casual if I could enter. Tell me what you’d like to sew and which category you’d enter it in!
